Amazing family getaway in Kizilagac 🌴

The activities for the kids were a jol, especially with that fantastic animation crew. Pools were lekker, and the beach had this beautiful vibe! Food options were varied, so we were sorted every meal!

The gym could do with a bit of TLC, equipment looked a bit rough around the edges.

We appreciated the food and service. All in all a good experience. Located in 1 mile from Phaselis.

Nothing to fault.

This hotel is conveniently located near a large shopping center and close to the beach. Although the beach can be a bit overcrowded due to it being the center of the vacation season in Turkey, it's still an ideal location for those who want easy access to the sea. the rooms are neat and clean, with some offering beautiful views of the ocean. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food, and the gym is well-equipped with good quality equipment.

Some minor details may be overlooked in terms of management. For instance, the cleanliness of the gym equipment can be improved, and the staff at the restaurant may need some reminders to clean the tables more promptly.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with beautiful views and plenty of outdoor seating areas to relax by the sea. The selection of food available at meal times was impressive and offered a good range of options. The rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.

Communication with staff was a struggle as not all staff members spoke fluent English. There was also a lack of variety in the evening entertainment, which could have been improved.

the outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and spa center were top-notch. the seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace were also impressive places to relax. the entertainment team was very upbeat and exciting, and the staff accommodated my dietary needs with the special diet menus. the poolside snack bar was a nice touch. the spectacular garden area was the perfect place for a leisurely stroll, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided.

The only negative aspect was the slow internet connection. Occasionally, I had to go to the lobby to get better reception.

The beach was fine, and there was an abundance of sunbeds and umbrellas available. The hotel facilities were great, with a variety of pools and entertainment options including an amphitheater. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and nearby shopping centers. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the breakfasts were enjoyable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The hotel needs to revamp some rooms and most facilities. the beach had stones and was not comfortable to walk barefoot on.
